Parents, Please Read: 

1. We recommend that you pre-register your child as there are limited spots available. We are not able to hold your child’s spot past 9:15am on Monday July 8, 2019 if another child is waiting to register. Doors open at 8:45am. 

 

2. Children must already be age 5 at time of registration. 

 

3. The VBS program has 20 minute blocks of music, stories, games, crafts and snacks. The format really keeps the children’s attention and they have lots of fun! To ensure that it remains an enjoyable and safe environment for everyone, parents will be asked to pick up their child if their behaviour becomes hurtful or disruptive to another child or the group. Please be aware, if your child requires one on one

adult supervision due to diagnosed behaviour issues, this program is not set up or staffed to meet those needs.

 

4. When you give permission on the registration form for your child’s picture to be taken, it is used for the“Spotlight Drama” slideshow to be seen in the church during VBS. We also take an individual and group photo of your child on the stage/set and give it to you as a complimentary keepsake. 

 

*Please note: 

Parents/caregivers will be required to sign in their children when they are dropped off and sign them out when they are picked up.
